Isopropyl alcohol (IPA) is a commonly used core solvent in cleanroom industrial wipes, its advantages lying in its high solubility and rapid evaporation. Isopropyl alcohol effectively dissolves grease, dust, and most organic contaminants, making it particularly suitable for cleaning precision electronic components, optical equipment, and aerospace components. Its rapid evaporation rate ensures complete evaporation in a short time, avoiding the risk of equipment corrosion or short circuits caused by moisture residue. However, while pure isopropyl alcohol has strong cleaning power, direct use may lead to uneven cleaning due to excessively rapid evaporation. Deionized water undergoes special treatment to remove minerals, microorganisms, and particulate matter, effectively reducing the risk of secondary contamination. These components reduce the interfacial tension between the solution and dirt, promoting the removal and dispersion of dirt. The choice of substrate is crucial to the performance of the liquid components. Cleanroom industrial wipes typically use highly absorbent nonwoven fabric as the substrate. Its dense and uniform fiber structure effectively absorbs and locks in the cleaning solution, preventing drips or leaks. Simultaneously, the nonwoven fabric must undergo antistatic treatment to prevent static electricity from attracting dust during friction, ensuring that no new contaminants are introduced during cleaning. The substrate's abrasion resistance and tear resistance must also meet certain standards to meet the cleaning needs of complex surfaces and reduce the risk of fiber shedding.

Packaging design also affects the stability of the liquid components and cleaning effectiveness. Cleanroom industrial wipes are mostly packaged in airtight containers or resealable zipper bags to prevent solvent evaporation from causing changes in the cleaning solution concentration. Sealed packaging also isolates external contaminants, ensuring that the cleanliness of each wipe meets the requirements of a cleanroom environment. For large-scale cleaning needs, tub-packaged wipes are the preferred choice due to their cost-effectiveness and convenience. Their sealed container design effectively reduces air contact and extends the wipes' lifespan.

The liquid composition of cleanroom industrial wipes undergoes rigorous quality control to ensure stable performance. During production, indicators such as pH value, volatility, and particulate matter content of the solution are tested to ensure compliance with industry standards. Simultaneously, the cleanliness of the wipes is tested using a particle counter to ensure that the number of residual particles per square meter of surface is below the specified limit. These quality control measures effectively prevent reduced cleaning effectiveness or environmental pollution risks caused by substandard liquid composition.
